One of my tasks as the marketing manager of my collision repair center (harbor automotive center) was to revamp my existing website into a website that would reflect my company’s service, professionalism, and integrity. From the beginnings of our business relationship I foresaw a great website in the making. Sean had the qualities that I look for in all my business relationships. He was honest, worked with a sense of urgency and most importantly made sure I was pleased with every step of his progress as the website was being built. At times I must admit that I might have been a bit particular with some issues I had on the website but SGX would relentlessly reply, “It’s all about making the customer happy.” Not only has SGX made me happy as a customer, he’s also gained a lifelong friend and business associate. My new website is something far beyond what I could have imagined and the proof is in the product.
